Because every piece is printed to order, we can’t restock returns — so here’s the honest policy:

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item? We’ll make it right with a reprint or refund — just email a photo to hello@buybluebook.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Changed your mind? Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 30 days for store credit.
  • Custom and personalized orders are final sale — they’re made only for you.
  • To start a return, email hello@buybluebook.com with your order number. Return shipping is on you, unless the mistake was ours.
